If your jewellery arrives damaged or not what ordered, we’ll be happy to exchange it for a new one, or if the item is no longer available, we’ll organise a refund.

How to Return or Exchange:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Jewellery must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Provide proof of payment and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item when getting in touch

Reach out to us via Instagram DM or email before sending anything back, Items sent without first contacting us or after 7 days within delivery will not be accepted

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items due to a change of mind or natural wear over time.

You can collect your order directly from Le Crack Boutik, Rose-Hill, Place Margeot, Kennedy Street ( opposite ex-CEB and metro station) during opening hours.

When placing your order, simply select the “Pick-Up” option.
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection
Orders must be fully paid for in advance; Le Crack Boutik will not accept payment at pick-up.
Please bring proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) when picking up your jewellery.
