Refund policy

At K and Co, we take great care in packaging each piece so it reaches you beautifully.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or not what you ordered, we’ll be happy to exchange it for a new one, or if the item is no longer available, we’ll organise a refund. 

How to Return or Exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Jewellery must be in the same condition as received — unwornunused, and in its original packaging.

  • Provide proof of payment and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item when getting in touch

Reach out to us via Instagram DM or email before sending anything back so we can assist you personally. Items sent without first contacting us or after 7 days within delivery will not be accepted

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasonsearrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items returned for change of mind or general wear over time are final sale and therefore not accepted
