At K & Co, we want your jewelry to reach you safely and beautifully. Here’s how we handle shipping and pick-up:

Home Delivery (Mauritius Only):

Flat rate: Rs150 across the island.
Free delivery for orders over Rs3500.
Delivery is made within 2–3 working days after your order is confirmed, depending on your location.
Make sure to provide a valid phone number — our delivery team will call to confirm your address and delivery time once your parcel is on the way.
Please note: K & Co is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, like courier issues or bad weather.

Free Pick-Up:

Prefer to collect your order yourself? You can pick up directly at Le Crack Boutik in Rose Hill, Place Margeot, Kennedy Street (opposite ex-CEB, Metro Station) during business hours.

International delivery is not currently available.

Frequently asked questions

If your jewellery arrives damaged or not what ordered, we’ll be happy to exchange it for a new one, or if the item is no longer available, we’ll organise a refund.

How to Return or Exchange:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Jewellery must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Provide proof of payment and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item when getting in touch

Reach out to us via Instagram DM or email before sending anything back, Items sent without first contacting us or after 7 days within delivery will not be accepted

Final Sale Policy

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items due to a change of mind or natural wear over time.

At K and Co, we carefully prepare each piece with love before shipping.

Processing Time: Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You can collect your order directly from Le Crack Boutik, Rose-Hill, Place Margeot, Kennedy Street ( opposite ex-CEB and metro station) during opening hours.

How it works:

When placing your order, simply select the “Pick-Up” option.
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection
Orders must be fully paid for in advance; Le Crack Boutik will not accept payment at pick-up.
Please bring proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) when picking up your jewellery.
